Glad the house, pool, and location all lived up to expectations for your group. We're sorry that several items weren't working as they should have during your stay, and we appreciate you reporting them rather than letting them slide. Our team has that list and is following up so everything is in proper working order. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a heartfelt review! We're so glad the home gave your large family the space and relaxation you needed, especially during such a stressful time with your little one in the hospital — we hope they're doing well. It means a lot to hear our team made the last-minute stay feel easy and stress-free, and that the pool was a hit with the family. We'd love to welcome you all back anytime!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear everything else met your expectations. We’d love to host you again on your next visit!

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad the home worked so well for your group and that everyone had their own space to relax. It sounds like the kitchen and family room made the perfect gathering spot for watching the Olympics together. We're also happy to hear the location made it easy to explore so many parts of Los Angeles—from Santa Monica and the Valley to the museums and even Disneyland. While the weather didn’t cooperate for yard time, we’re glad the home still provided a comfortable place to spend time together. We truly appreciate your kind words and would love to host you again on a future visit.

Thank you for such a thorough and fair review. We're glad the home accommodated all fifteen of you across such a range of ages, and that having a dedicated point of contact made it easy to get things sorted when they came up. It's great to hear the private pool was such a hit with your family. Your notes about the outdoor area and pool safety have been passed along to our team for review, and we appreciate you raising them. We'd be glad to welcome your family back if the timing and fit work out down the road.
