Maui at its best!

Great room with a great view! We have stayed at the Whaler many times, and really enjoyed this unit. Very comfortable with a very homey feel. Great view from the balcony too.

LOOK NO FURTHER!

If you are considering a stay at The Whaler, you could not make a better choice than this condo. We have recently returned from a ten-day stay in this unit, and we were 100% satisfied.

Tastefully appointed and decorated, we were especially impressed with the how spotlessly clean it is. In addition, everything is provided for a day at the beach: Tommy Bahama sand chairs, umbrella and cooler, and a nice collection of books to borrow as well!

Working with Cindy, the manager was such a pleasant experience. When we called to inquire she gave us all the details, but also was forthcoming about the ongoing lobby construction at The Whaler. As it was, the noise was not overly bothersome as we were out of the unit most of the day, and work ended at 5 pm. Cindy made sure our reservations were in order, and she called to see if we needed anything once we checked in.

We loved staying in this condo! The Whaler is located next to some great restaurants like The Hula Grill and Castaways. We took two cruises on Hula Girl Catamarans, and the beach entry for embarking is just outside The Whaler's door.

We highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful Unit

My wife and I recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary in Unit #519. This was the third time we have stayed at the Whaler and found this unit to be one of the best. The Whaler is in a beautiful location on the beach with so many activities, great restaurants, etc. in close proximity. This unit has a great view of the courtyard/garden area, beach and ocean fro the patio. The unit is fully equipped, clean, well decorated and comfortable. The manager of this unit was extremely professional, attentive, friendly and helpful - as well as all the staff at the Whaler. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay and would certainly recommend this unit to anyone. We intend on returning to Maui for another vacation and would definitely stay at the Whaler and in particular rent Unit #519.

Beautiful and comfortable!

My husband and our 13 year old son stayed here with me during Spring Break. We totally enjoyed the beautiful location on one of the best beaches in Maui. We loved facing the courtyard and looking over the Koi Pond and seeing the ocean from the lanai. We found the furniture, including bed and sofa extremely comfortable and it was felt luxurious. The kitchen is well-appointed with all the necessities for cooking and eating at the condo, which we did every morning and some evenings too. We love being close to the mall and restaurants and definitely took advantage of being right on the beach for walking and daily swimming.

The in suite washer and dryer was helpful - as we didn't pack much and being able to do laundry quickly and easily was great. I liked having an iPod dock to charge and play my iPod.

The staff at The Whaler are very welcoming and friendly and I look forward to returning and would definitely rent this unit again!

Ideal Location on Ka'anapali Beach

My family and I stayed at this lovely condo over the Thanksgiving holiday. We found the location ideal--Whaler's Village and terrific restaurants are steps away to the left on the beach-side walkway, Black Rock for snorkeling is a short walk to the right. The condo was perfectly appointed for our stay: it was clean, tastefully decorated, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was adequate and well-equipped. The condo had everything we needed--beach chairs, umbrella, cable TV, wi-fi and washer/dryer. We did not hear the elevator mentioned in one of the reviews at all--all we heard were the ocean waves. The views from the lanai are sweeping and outstanding, especially at sunset. Dealing with the manager was easy and there was good communication. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return soon.

Lovely condo on Ka'anapali Beach

This condo has beautiful views of the ocean from the lanai which extends from the living room to the bedroom, entrances from both. It is tastefully furnished and equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler which make trips to the beach easy. We found the king sized bed to be quite comfortable and didn't notice any elevator noise from the bedroom. The kitchen was sufficient for our needs on this trip though it's not updated as the rest of the condo is. It was a bonus to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well.
