Great condo

We have stayed at The Whaler many times, and always enjoy our time there. We recently stayed in Condo 519, it is well equipped with everything you need to have a great beach vacation. The condo is very clean, has a fantastic ocean view, the in-suite laundry is a huge bonus, and extras such as beach chairs and books for guests to use are appreciated. The property manager, Cindy, contacted us several times during our stay to make sure everything was great with our stay, we really appreciated her follow up, and will definitely consider renting through her on our next vacation to Maui.

Enjoyed the property. Very good staff.

Liked the condo I was in, but it needed a bit of updating. Was spacious and provided what was needed. Two somewhat negative comments. First, the bedding on the bed I had was threadbare, looked dirty and did not fit the bed well. Was cheap. Also should use better paper products (notably TP)

Whaler Unit 519

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. Love everything about it: the view, the immaculate grounds, quiet, peaceful location! Everything you need is right at your fingertips. Snorkeling, whale watch trips, shops, beautiful huge beach, pool, clean towels daily. This condo has a washer/dryer unit to handle wet suits and needs. Walking on the beach walkway to shops, restaurants and out for a mai tai! planning next trip already! Super clean, super convenient and super fun!

Paradise found

Love the accommodations. Spacious condo with everything you need. Breakfast every morning on the balcony. Numerous dinners down at the BBQ watching the sunsets and meeting other people. Snorkeled daily out on the beach and Black rock. Great location. Love the Hula Grill next door, Leilani's and Starbucks along the beach path. We've only been back a week and we are already saving up to come back. Perfect vacation in a perfect place!

Maui at its best!

Great room with a great view! We have stayed at the Whaler many times, and really enjoyed this unit. Very comfortable with a very homey feel. Great view from the balcony too.

If you are considering a stay at The Whaler, you could not make a better choice than this condo. We have recently returned from a ten-day stay in this unit, and we were 100% satisfied.

Tastefully appointed and decorated, we were especially impressed with the how spotlessly clean it is. In addition, everything is provided for a day at the beach: Tommy Bahama sand chairs, umbrella and cooler, and a nice collection of books to borrow as well!

Working with Cindy, the manager was such a pleasant experience. When we called to inquire she gave us all the details, but also was forthcoming about the ongoing lobby construction at The Whaler. As it was, the noise was not overly bothersome as we were out of the unit most of the day, and work ended at 5 pm. Cindy made sure our reservations were in order, and she called to see if we needed anything once we checked in.

We loved staying in this condo! The Whaler is located next to some great restaurants like The Hula Grill and Castaways. We took two cruises on Hula Girl Catamarans, and the beach entry for embarking is just outside The Whaler's door.

We highly recommend this condo!
