The Hive has been a very successful Vacation Rental for more than 4 years with over 145 * 5 star reviews. While we are the new owners, we aim to provide the same exceptional service and hospitality.

Parking:
Free street parking available. Since it is free public parking, there is no guarantee that there is a spot available. Most of the time you will have 2 spots right in front of the house however since there is a restaurant down the street, it does get busy. If the spots in front of the house are not available, you may need to park down the street a bit.

This house is not designed to have parties or gatherings. If you plan to have a party, this is not the house for you. If there are more guests than on the reservation amount and we are told there are large gatherings/parties, your reservation will be immediately canceled. We have a zero tolerance policy for parties.



- This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. Damage waiver purchases are optional. The optional damage waiver is $39 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
