Clean property, new appliances, and all the basic amenities you need to stay somewhere. The host clearly explained everything and was responsive to questions. The private parking lot was very welcome since street parking is hard to find and the distance to UAB was convenient for the purpose of our trip. I would definitely choose it again if staying in Birmingham. The only downside is that an upstairs apartment is a little tougher for people with mobility issues, but the stairs did have railings to help.

When I say I love coming home to the Magic City and this time was extra special. My stay was amazing and all because of the house! Had everything we needed. Neighbors were quiet and area was very safe. Beds were comfy and clean! So we’re bathrooms and kitchen. Easy access and easy parking. Worth the price and perfect location. Will be booking again !

I had a good stay here. I did find a fake nail in the sheets but they said they would investigate what happened. We just brought our own blankets to lay on top of the bed. The beds are firm if thats what you prefer. The little condo was clean except the shower curtain needed a good wash. If you can’t find parking in the street there is a little parking lot behind the building.
