Sleeping arrangements

The studio comfortably sleeps three guests with two inviting beds, perfect for couples, solo travelers, or a small family. Fresh linens and plush pillows ensure restful nights after a day of sun and surf.



Outdoor living

Direct beach access lets you wander the golden shoreline at any time. The resort grounds feature a shared outdoor pool, a fire pit surrounded by comfortable seating, and a private gym for a quick workout. Outdoor furniture is placed throughout the property, offering spots to sip coffee, read, or simply watch the tide roll in.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals, including a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, silverware, and basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper. Children’s dinnerware is also supplied for families traveling with little ones. A small dining area lets you enjoy breakfast with a view of the ocean beyond the windows.



Living space & amenities

The studio offers an HDTV, high‑speed Wi‑Fi, and a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected. Climate control is handled by a window AC unit and heating, keeping the interior comfortable year‑round. Fresh towels, toiletries, and an iron are provided, along with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms for peace of mind. A smart lock and free on‑site parking make arrival and departure effortless.

Located within the Daytona Beach Resort, you’re just a short walk from Main Street’s dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Daytona Beach International Airport is a quick drive away, simplifying travel plans. Whether you’re here to relax on the sand, explore local attractions, or enjoy the resort’s amenities, everything is within easy reach.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the studio unit, located on the fourth floor (unit #427). You'll have private access to the bedroom area, full bathroom, kitchen, and dining room. Enjoy shared access to the living room, gym, and pool. Plus, take advantage of the beach access and outdoor seating.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: Guests have access to the gym, North Outdoor Pool (heated), Indoor Pool, two Jacuzzis (heated), and sauna. Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM. A key card and parking pass are provided; please return them to the unit upon departure. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and on the premises. Please dispose of all trash and food before checking out; a $20 fee applies for any trash left behind. Our rental agreement is required for security. Amenities are open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
