While we ensure you'll enjoy a clean, comfortable, and inviting unit, please be aware that the Daytona Beach Resort is currently undergoing restoration following the 2022 storms. Our goal is to provide transparency and ensure you know exactly what is available for your stay!
What to Expect During Your Visit:
• Your Rental is Ready! You will have full access to your clean, comfortable room, as well as the main lobby and all elevators.
• Beach Access is Open! Enjoy direct access to the "World's Most Famous Beach" via the convenient beach ramp entrance on the north side of the building.
• Complimentary Outdoor Parking: Parking is available in designated outdoor spaces: in front of the building, and in the parking lot just south of the resort.
o Note: Parking is first-come, first-served. We cannot guarantee a spot during major special events.
• Current Resort Amenities Status (Temporarily Closed):
o All resort water features, including outdoor pools, indoor pools, and hot tubs.
o On-site dining and social areas, including the Tiki Bar and Restaurant.
o The resort's parking garage is currently closed.

We can guarantee a clean, comfortable room - unfortunately - we can’t guarantee amenities at the resort. In Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole.
