We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Longboat Key! The condo was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, and the location was excellent with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Longboat Key!

Our home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 210 this year. I will admit, we have always stayed (and preferred) gulf front units. I was so disappointed when I went to book this past trip and No gulf fronts were available. We love a good view and to open the windows and hear the sounds of the gulf! But once we opened the door to 210, we were very pleased that there still was an excellent view from the living room, plus we could sit on our patio and keep an eye on our kids at the pool. The unit was well stocked, clean, tastefully decorated, and maintained to meet our expectations.

Hi Kerri, We are so thrilled that you and the family return year after year!!! It sounds like you got the best of both worlds, you could still see the Gulf of Mexico from your unit, but could also still see the kids in the pool as well! Happiness is! Thank you so much for taking the time to wright us such a great a review! We appreciate it, and look forward to seeing you next year!! : )

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room was well cleaned. There are a few maintenance issues that needed addressing. All sinks and guest bath tub did not drain properly. There also what appeared to be mold in the master shower. The Master bath had a bad smell of “swamp” gas and we needed to leave the fan on throughout our stay. Otherwise, the room completely me our needs.

Wedding week

Resort was as advised, very clean and cozy, our daughter’s wedding was just down the street and made this location great. The weather was a little disappointing but you can’t control that. Only two issues with condo master bathroom sink stopper disconnected from lever had to pull out by hand and the screen door on slider comes off tracking. Over all happy with stay.

Beautiful Property

We had a fabulous time at our stay. The condo is gorgeous and our view of the pool and ocean was amazing. We did have a miscommunication about check in but were able to get it figured out. If you book here and need to check in after hours they will have your check in packet outside the front office!
