Beautiful & Spacious Unit on the Beach

This is a beautifully updated and spacious unit just steps away from the beach! The most comfortable beds EVER and an incredibly well stocked kitchen.

Great property in a great location

We loved our stay in this well-appointed condo just steps away from the beach. We were able to watch sunsets from the table & take advantage of the great local restaurants and attractions - the aquarium was a huge hit with our kids. Overall this condo has a relaxed beachy vibe and is perfect for a low-key getaway on one of our favorite spots to visit.

Wonderful trip to LBK

A beautiful condo, clean with a well stocked kitchen. Nice patio and ocean view. Beach chairs, towels, floats provided. Laundry was a bonus.

We cannot find anything else that compares to the beautiful Caribbean-like beaches and water, the size and convenience of the units, the layout of the condos and the price. Longboat Key, Anna Maria Island and St Armand’s offer the most unique restaurants and shopping.

Overall nice location…easy beach access and quiet environment.

The apartment is very nice…bright and very clean. The bedroom carpets do need replaced, they bring the apartment down overall and it would be good to replace the bathroom rug and back door rug. FYI…really appreciated having a beach cooler. The handle is broken so it could be replaced.

Unit 120 - Sept. 2022

We loved this condo. It was just lovely. It was decorated very tastefully and had all kinds of starter items available. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The available beach items were a real plus. We’ve stayed at Sand Cay before but this unit is just so nice. We had our 9 and 6 year old grandsons with us so the first floor was very nice. We could leave boogie boards, skim boards, sand shoes, etc right on the lanai. Also we were able to avoid the prickly balls that fall from the trees at the main beach entrance - that was a real plus! Great condo and we will certainly stay again.

Our Favorite Unit Yet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to several Sand Cay units and this unit was the best yet. It is very spacious and fit all 5 of us. Not only is each room expanded with a King in the master and two doubles in the second, but there is also a pull-out couch in the living room. Our growing family has been pretty tight in other units. Plus, the unit was upgraded and open, which was very nice. And the patio is very private so if you have louder, messier kids like we do, that's always helpful. And very close to the parking lot, which is also helpful for unloading the 20k trips to Publix. But, don't spread the word too much because we will definitely be renting this unit again and I don't want it to be too booked up! ;-)
