The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to prepare a hearty meal. Down the hall is the laundry closet with a full washer and dryer. You will come to the first room which sleeps 2 in two twin beds. A little further down is the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The primary suite sleeps 2 in a King sized bed. The connected bathroom offers a walk-in shower and lots of space to get ready. Last but not least, the Queen room sleeps 2 comfortably. This condo accommodates 6 guests total.

Gulf Place Condos has a lot to offer for a smaller complex. In the heart of the complex lies the heated community pool. Just off the pool is a deck with seating that overlooks the Gulf with access to the beach.

The complex has its own tennis courts and is on the Trolley route for free transportation to all Anna Maria Island has to offer, including the historic village which is filled with interesting shops and restaurants and is the home of the Island Players as well as the Anna Maria Historical Society Museum.

*Condo Association rules: Overnight occupancy can be no more than 6 and this is strictly enforced. But if you're traveling with more than six people, don't despair! BeachRentals.Mobi is privileged to manage several more beautiful units in Gulf Place.
