3rd floor walk up in a local old apartment complex with 4 different codes to access unit. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the access process and overall experience did not meet your expectations. Our listing clearly states that the unit is on the third floor with no elevator access. The property is in a local, established 1976 building, and while it’s not new, the unit has been fully renovated to provide modern comfort and updated features. We understand the multiple access codes can feel like a lot, but they are in place to ensure guest safety and security. We always strive to provide a comfortable stay and greatly value your comments as we continually look for ways to improve the guest experience. Since we began booking this unit in December 2025, it earned Guest Favorite recognition on Airbnb in less than a month and is one of our top-performing units in the building, with no upstairs or side neighbors. We also manage other units in Creekside and would love the opportunity to welcome you back to show you the best of what Creekside has to offer.
