★Other Things To Note★:
*** Please note that a signed rental agreement is required upon booking. Additionally, a security deposit of $500 will be required for your stay.

*** The 3rd king bedroom loft is accessed by a ladder (see photos)

*** We welcome young families, however, this cabin is not childproof and please keep in mind that the cabin is in the mountains with decks, outdoor staircase, hot tub, fireplaces and fire pit, supervision of children is ALWAYS necessary. Children should NEVER be left unattended without adult supervision inside the cabin or anywhere outdoors.

*** Neighbor Dogs Notice: Our nearby neighbors have two friendly dogs that may occasionally wander onto the property. If you happen to see them during your stay, simply telling them to go home will usually send them right back. We wanted to share this proactively so there are no surprises.

*** We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8AM to 8PM. We have limited availability for assistance between the hours of 8PM and 8AM. For non-emergencies, such as general inquiries or requests, please leave a message and we will promptly return it the following morning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

*** Four-wheel drive is typically not required to access the property. However, during winter conditions when snow or ice is present, a 4WD or AWD vehicle may be necessary. We recommend checking the local weather forecast prior to arrival and planning accordingly.
