Cozy Mountain Condo w/ Amazing Views + Hot Tub

Newly updated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo sleeps three and is ideally located in the Wildernest area of Silverthorne and surrounded by a national forest.

Our quiet & sunny condo is a perfect mountain retreat for your next outdoor adventure and easily accessible to amazing skiing at Copper, Keystone, A-Basin, Breckenridge and Vail. An array of great hiking trails are close by including Sunset Trail, Lily Pad Lake and Buffalo Mountain are just a short walk away.

Comfortable living room space and balcony that has amazing view of the Continental Divide. Living room has 40" Roku TV, sofa and loveseat. Pull-out sleeper sofa has a queen memory foam mattress.

Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and dining table that comfortably seats three. We also provide coffee and tea.

Private spacious bedroom downstairs with a king memory foam mattress. Bed linens for both beds are provided.

Bathroom essentials include shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels and hair dryer.

New HOT TUB room! Enjoy the newly renovated hot tub in our building after a day of skiing. Conveniently located just down the hallway from our unit.

Mobility Concerns: Our place has different floors w/ steps to the the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and living room. There are also 30 stair steps from the parking lot lobby entrance down to our place.

Take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
If you used the pull-out sofa, please remove bedsheets but leave the mattress cover on.
Removing all trash from the home and placing it in the appropriate receptacle is greatly appreciated. The trash dumpster is located in the parking lot near the exit.
Close and lock all exterior doors and windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please only flush toilet paper - Do Not flush feminine products, sanitary wipes or paper towels.
Quiet hours 10pm-8am.
Please close the screening when using the fireplace. Do not leave fires unattended. No candles or open flames.
