You will immediately feel at home at Round Valley Garden Villa, a one-of-a-kind, centrally located Duplex Villa located in a beautiful, exclusive neighborhood in the Santa Monica mountains.
Thex rental home is a private 1550 sq. ft. street-level, 2 BR / 1 BA residence with keyless entry, full kitchen, 3 dining area, sliding glass doors opening to a wraparound deck for dining and enjoying the panoramic city, mountain and terraced garden views.
Guests also enjoy the exclusive use of the resort-style lower terrace garden: a serene protected environment with a sparkling designer pool, city and mountain views, a heated spa, a BBQ /bar patio and grassy play area, perfect for cooking or games, totally protected by an adjacent pine forest, a heritage oak tree, flowers and fruit trees.
The Garden Villa is pet, kid, business and family friendly, and we welcome visitors from every part of our planet.
***PLEASE NOTE*** Per city regulations, when in town, your Hosts reside in a separate lower addition beneath the main residence. They have their own private home, entrance and yard and there are no shared spaces. Your privacy is always respected but your Hosts are nearby should you need assistance.
