After a break, Villa EverGreen is back open and we are happy to welcome guests to stay!
Villa is located in the downtown and offers easy access to multiple shopping centers, entertainment and tourist attractions. Villa contains a large garden area and patio for outdoor activities. At the Villa there are four private bedrooms (one downstairs and three upstairs) and two full bathrooms (one downstairs bathroom with a shower and one upstairs bathroom with a bathtub). In the shared space of the villa the quests may use the kitchen with essential cooking utensils, in the dining-living room there is a bar area, a large banquet table, a lounge, indoor fireplace, a TV with Сmart TV.... Bed linens, towels and essentials are provided. Garage parking and Wi-Fi are free of charge. The villa has a separate drying/ironing room.
Villa EverGreen offers 213 sqm fully furnished private house with plenty of space for families or groups of travelers who appreciate comfort and tranquility. Up to 13 guests can be comfortably accommodated.

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We kindly ask guests to remove their shoes while indoors. Smoking is allowed only in the yard. A fine of 100 € is payable for smoked premises.
As a respectful guest, you must leave premises clean until the end of your stay. Penalty for leaving villa unclean is 100 €.
Let us know in advance if you require a cot/crib or high chair (or both) for your visit. You will be charged 10 € per day for this service.
