Amazing experience

This home is much bigger on the inside than it appears and is beautifully done—stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The universal EV charger was a fantastic bonus, and the backyard was amazing, especially the soft-scape dog run. Dina and Mark are exceptional hosts—extremely responsive, accommodating, and truly care about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent Scottsdale Property and Hosts

The home is spacious, impeccably finished, and even better than expected. We love the incredible backyard with heated pool, spa, tons of seating and yard games. The EV charger works with any EV, including my Tesla. Dina and Mark were outstanding hosts—quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Comfort, Space, and Incredible Hospitality

From the moment we saw this home, we knew it was the right fit. What was supposed to be a short stay turned into four months while our insurance company completed extensive repairs on our home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place during that time. The house became a true sanctuary for our family. It offered plenty of space when our kids came to visit, multiple comfortable areas for me to work remotely, and even an EV charger for our Teslas, which was a great bonus. Just as importantly, Mark and Dina were exceptional hosts. They were always responsive, attentive, and quick to address any questions or issues that arose throughout our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend both this home and its wonderful hosts. Thank you, Mark and Dina, for making a challenging chapter so much easier and more comfortable.

The Perfect Scottsdale Stay & Experience!!!

What a terrific property with a warm, modern and functional design. I love the split floor plan with the primary bedroom on one side of the home and the other 3 bedrooms on the opposite end. There's so much to do in the backyard oasis- swim in the warm pool, sun bathe, nap in the cabana, grill, relax in the spa, play yard games and enjoy the cool evenings around the fire table. It's in an excellent Scottsdale location near top venues - TPC, WestWorld and Salt River Fields at Talking Stick just to name a few. I highly recommend this property! :)

* Interim cleanings: If staying 2+ weeks, required professional cleanings by our crew triweekly if no animals, biweekly if animals. Cost: Starting at $185/cleaning if no laundry.
* Pool Heating: Needed October through May for a warm pool. Cost: $695 per month to help cover some of the extra utility costs.
* Rental Agreement & Damage Deposit: This listing requires guests to complete a Point of Contact (POC) form, delivered to your inbox after booking. This form is necessary to
finalize the required rental agreement and secure a damage deposit credit card hold (similar to hotel policies).
