Great house and very versatile as far as what you need the space for. Plenty of room for a group of people, very clean and comfortable space. Perfect distance from downtown Charleston and Folly Beach.

Owner was nice and house was clean. Too spartan inside, eg only one small frypan for cooking and handle was falling off; no washer or dryer !! Grass in yard was nearly a foot tall, so property was not maintained well.

Thanks for the feedback! The yard is mowed on a schedule every 15 day. Unfortunately the lawn does grow fast if we see some rain during the hot summer months!! I do apologize about the frying pan. I am going to check our inventory, and ensure we have not had any items misplaced or taken. Thanks again for choosing our place and for the helpful feedback.

Property was perfect for pets with the fenced in back yard and shade coverage. House was clean and updated. Located near multiple grocery stores and places to eat. It takes about 20 minutes to get into downtown Charleston.

This house and yard was the perfect stay for a family gathering with two dogs. The location was central to what we wanted to see and do. We mainly stayed at the house and enjoyed the backyard that had a nice space with a TV, heater and firepit. The host was accommodating and even followed up on some items we feared we left behind. Recommend checking this home out!!
