The Space:

This adorable coastal cottage is your ticket to leisurely Lowcountry living. Nestled on the quiet, Johns Island, you'll be minutes away from great golf and your choice of beaches throughout Seabrook, Kiawah, and Folly Island. Timeless design, modern decor, and all-new home furnishings and appliances ensure complete comfort throughout your stay. Brownswood Village groceries, shops, and dining options are less than six miles away. The Bohicket Marina & Marketplace is only 12 miles away. Golfers can take on the Pete Dye's renowned Ocean Course at Kiawah Island Resort, just 20 miles away. The historic city of Charleston is only 12 miles away.

This cottage was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated! The extra attention to details were an unexpected delight as they supplied bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handwash, and makeup remover pads. Additionally, plenty of linens were supplied, and the kitchen was well stocked. Will definitely stay here again!

Family friendly and good location

Overall we had a nice stay. The house was cute and clean and a pretty good location on johns island. The management company that is used is quick to respond via text but we did have a little hiccup with the trash situation. We had no bins to place trash in so we had to keep full bags in the house as we didn’t want to attract animals. The instruction paper in the kitchen states that trash is on Monday, but upon messaging we were told that it was Friday.. so we were a smidge confused on what to do. Regardless, we didn’t have a bin. No biggy. There was access to closets upstairs but downstairs you don’t have access to the master closet so you have to keep your suitcases and things in your way.. or haul them upstairs.. so that was a bit annoying but again, not a huge deal. A fun detail was the gaming console. My husband enjoyed showing up our kiddos on donkey Kong and all the old classics. It was MY mistake to not realize that the stairs wouldn’t work with a regular baby gate because of the bottom 2 steps so just something to think about for parents with mobile babies who you have to constantly be on to keep them off the stairs. Made it hard for us to relax at all, but again, that’s my fault for not viewing the pics better but just wanted to point it out for future mommas. So overall we had a nice stay and I’m not going to penalize stars for such minor things.. but just wanted to point them out for future guests. It in no way hindered our ability to rest our heads
