About this property

Majestic Views Luxury 3 Bedroom 2 Bath World Class Recreation Ski Bike and Hike.

We have two main-floor bedrooms (king and queen mattresses) and one loft bedroom (king mattress) with two bathrooms. The entire condo have been remodeled and includes modern amenities.

For everyone's comfort, this is a non-smoking unit. Pets are not allowed – No Exceptions.

Living Room and Balcony Views include the Continental Divide, White River National Forest, Keystone and Breckenridge ski area slopes, and Lake Dillon.

Why spend all your time at one resort when there is a spectacular variety of recreation nearby? It is centrally located (25 minutes) between Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland Basin Ski Resorts or 45 minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek. Located in the Wildernest area of Silverthorne, Colorado, it is approximately 95 miles (1:40 drive) west of the Denver airport. The Silverthorne Factory Outlet Stores, shopping centers, movie theater, and restaurants are a ten-minute drive away.

The Colorado Mountain Express offers door-to-door service from Denver International Airport, and there is a FREE county-wide Summit Stage bus that stops hourly across the street, with convenient connecting service at the Silverthorne Transfer Center to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain ski resorts. However, a car is recommended.

This is a quiet building, so if you plan to party after 9 PM, please seek your lodging elsewhere.

Views can’t be beat! Great location for Keystone, Breckinridge or Loveland. Condo is beautifully updated (pictures don’t do it justice) and very well appointed. Plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. Host was very gracious and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at a few condos in Siverthorne and Frisco and this is the best we have stayed in. Already booked again for next year. Great host with a well equipped condo. Beds are comfortable.

The picture is of my daughters and best ski buddies, Melanie and Natalie. I'm a retired Foreign Service Officer, with the U.S. Agency for International Development. Our other home is in Virginia but my career has taken me to more than 40 countries in Southern Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Eurasia and the rest of the world.

Why they chose this property

While working in Iraq in 2010, and considering retirement in the near future, I began searching on line for a vacation home that our entire family would enjoy. Melanie actually visited more than 20 properties for me and we settled on this condo because of the awesome views, comfortable floor plan and furnishings, and convenience to all of the great ski and recreational areas in Summit and Eagle Counties.

What makes this property unique

The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment required to prepare multi-course meals and après-ski drinks to enjoy in the cozy dining and living area with spectacular views. There is also a propane grill on the balcony.

There is Digital Satellite cable TV, Tivo, DVD/CD player, VCR, Stereo. Free high-speed Internet access and two Ethernet cables for your laptop computer. There are board games and puzzles available for family use.

Other amenities include: towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, free parking, extra folding chairs for guests, and a coin operated laundry is located on the ground floor of the building.

The condominium is centrally located between Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland Basin Ski Resorts, each about 20-40 minutes away by car. The Silverthorne Factory Outlet Stores, shopping centers, and restaurants are a ten minute drive away. The condo is also located 45-85 minutes by car from Vail and Beaver Creek, depending on driving conditions.

The Colorado Mountain Express offers door-to-door service from Denver International Airport, and there is a FREE county-wide Summit Stage bus that stops hourly across the street, with convenient connecting service at the Silverthorne Transfer Center to ski resorts. However, a car is recommended.
