The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Ensure front door is locked; exit via garage. Lock garage upon exit using the code and press the arrows. Checkout by 10:00 AM.
Return the fob to the bowl on the garage table and close the garage door fully. Check all drawers and closets for personal items.
If convenient, use trash valet by 6:00 PM; otherwise leave tied bags outside the front door. Turn off all lights and electrical appliances.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Residential community; respect neighbors. No parties. Registered guests only. Unregistered guests $50/night. Early checkin 2PM $50 1PM $75
Pets by approval and fee only. $125/1st pet, +$75 for 2nd (max 2). Pets off furniture, crated if left alone. Damage/extra cleaning billed at cost.
Parking: garage or legal non-reserved spot. Lost fob $500, gate opener $300, amenities fob $500. Late checkout $75/30 min. No smoking; $300 fee.
