Great location. Very comfortable accommodations. Excellent communication from the host. Parking right at the back door took the stress out of finding appropriate parking for our stay.

I stayed in a group of friends and this space was perfect. Short walk to old town for touristing and with many cute restaurants and bars close by.

Location, Location, Location!!! The proximity to the Plains of Abraham, shopping/groceries, restaurants, and Old Town could not be beat. The two free parking spaces were an added worry-free bonus. The beds were comfortable, spacious layout, and our kids loved the pool table and games. The extra amenities for cooking were truly valued (oil, seasonings, coffee). The check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient.

Excellent location. Walkable to Plains of Abraham, and a nice neighborhood with groceries and restaurants as well. Although it is on a busy street it was not noisy. SUPERB to have private parking behind the building. Very good communication with the host. Also walkable to nightlife heading towards old Quebec. We Ubered to old Quebec itself. Pool table was a big hit with the teens

Accommodation was perfect, immaculately clean, very comfortable beds, great temperature and no road noise which was surprising given the location so close to old Quebec City. Easy walk into town either along Grand Allee or through the Plains of Abraham. Host was easy to contact and responded to our questions in a timely manner. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. We had a great time!!

Place and location were great. BUT, our back door was arbitrary opened by a stranger at 11pm one night. When the intruder realized someone was inside, they took off. When we reached out to the host, we were told that maintenance would check it out “asap”. They came the next day. We slept that night with the doors blocked by furniture. We never heard of any reason/outcome from the incident, only that they came and checked it out.

This place is beautiful and has everything needed.Kitchen is very well equipped allowing to cook whatever. Lots of towels & toiletries, access to various tv platforms and video games, board games, pool table,etc. It was fancy, comfortable and fun. It’s also in walking distance to restaurants and vieux Québec.Property owner was really nice and sent clear instructions. We had a great stay and I highly recommend.

The location was in close proximity to restaurants. It was about a 25 minute walk to Old Quebec City or 10 minutes drive. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.The outside of the property is dated. Parking is a bit tight for larger vehicles. We arrived at 4pm (check in) to find the house cleaning staff still cleaning. After giving her time to finish we settled in. The inside was also a bit dated but seemed comfortable enough for our short stay.Unfortunately, we found that sheets & towels had not been washed and had to wash them ourselves. This was quite unsettling. The host was apologetic & states that our experience will be used to improve future guests.

Everything was very good, until the end. The check out instructions weren’t provided until 15 hours before check out (despite us request it earlier.) Waking up to read the instructions included dishes washed and put back. This would’ve been reasonable except the dishwasher run cycle was 2.5 hours. This adversely affected our last day plans.

L'hébergement est super. Nous avons beaucoup aimé. À part des pas forts à l'étage du dessus, mais la bâtisse est comme elle est. L'inconvénient a été au niveau du stationnement assez serré et lorsqu'un occupant empiète sur le stationnement assigné à ton appart, c'est toute une histoire qui nous a fait perdre une bonne heure au point qu' on a dû empiéter sur le stationnement suivant. Somme toute. J'y retournerais. Merci pour ce super emplacement à distance à pied du vieux port de Québec et des pleines d'Abraham juste en arrière. 🙏
