This is an amazing condo that is beachy and comfortable not to mention in the HEART t of everything on Pensacola Beach! Walk across the street to the beach, restaurants, little Sabine, heated pool, fun kids exploring area private beach (catch hermit crabs, fish and other fun creatures). Lot's of upgrades, everything needed for a long stay!

Park and play at its finest, this place has it all. Not your typical rental, our condo has top shelf furniture, upgrades throughout and lots of room.

Beatific 11th floor views from every room. Best views on the beach for Blue Angels and fireworks for sure.

Guests love this because the sunsets are the best on the beach, you can walk to anything you want, we have a pool, private beach in the back and casino beach across the street. We have a beach cart, toys, and more amenities than most! Home away from home...

Condo was perfect location. Most everything was within walking distance (beach, shopping, music and restaurants) Would definitely stay again! Balcony was a beautiful view. Condo was stocked with everything needed including kitchen appliances, air mattresses, kids games and so much more!

Perfect location!

Great big balcony and panoramic views of the bay. Walking distance of the beach. Loved using the heated pool at this time of year. Central location and can walk to everything.

Best views on the beach!

This property was clean, comfortable, and had gorgeous views from every room. We spent our Christmas break here, so it was nice to have everything we needed (pans, casserole dishes, cooking utensils) to be able to make our meals. Shane and Karie were responsive from the beginning to the end of our stay. We would most definitely stay here again!

Great location, views, and host

We had a wonderful stay at South Harbor 11F. It really does have the best views, a perfect location, and the building and unit were in great shape. The host, Shane, was very responsive and informative throughout the whole process. Even when there was an issue that was out of anyone's hands, he got it resolved and made sure we were up to date on the details without a single impact to our stay. We will absolutely be staying at this property again, and Shane gave us the confidence to know we will enjoy all of our stays worry free.

Great Holiday weekend getaway!

We went to visit a nephew of ours who Lives in the area and was looking for 2 hotel rooms and came across this 2 bedroom condo. The price was reasonable and just as much as the hotels but the view was beautiful so we Booked it and we were not disappointed. Very clean great accommodation has everything you need in a home, very spacious, great detailed instructions and the location was fabulous! The host were very responsive to your needs. Will definitely go back again.

We had the most amazing stay at this lovely condo! The owners are so nice, available to answer your questions and assist you in any way. The views are divine...a panoramic view of Little Sabine, Pensacola Bay, Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. If you want to be in the center of Everything, live music, dining, and outdoor activities...this is the place for you. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!

Our family loved this property! Everything was super clean upon arrival and Shane was great about relaying information about the access to the property. The pictures of the property are great but being there in person is even better!! The kids loved the balcony and spent most of the time out there when we were actually at the condo. I thought one of my girls was going to end up spending the night on the balcony. Kitchen was very well stocked with the everyday necessities and even more. Towels and shower items were provided as well. We will be staying here again!!! Thank you so much for allowing all of us to stay!

Heart of Pensacola Beach

We searched for somewhere to stay that was close to the boardwalk so that our family could easily access all the restaurants, beach, and stores within a 5 minute walk. When we found this gem we knew this would be the place for us. It was a rocky start at first but the hosts were attentive and addressed are needs in a timely fashion. The condo is beautiful and spacious, the pool is decent size for fun in the sun. You could easily walk to the beach or out to eat. The other residents were also very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back next year.

Great Views, Location, and Property

When you first walk in, you can see views of almost the entire beach from different parts of the unit. Perfect for families - we swam in the pool, caught hermit crabs in the Sabine, even the rainy days were great just playing board games with the kids while sipping on a drink. Appreciate the hospitality and would definitely stay there again.

Great location, great views from the condo, love the decor!

This place was awesome. The views are incredible - it feels like you're on a boat because there is water outside of every window! You can walk to almost all of the great restaurants and countless beaches. My kids (4 and 6) loved the pool and the beaches near by. We even saw dolphins. Shane was very nice and the place is super clean.

We are beach lovers and currently live in Chattanooga TN. We bought this place to have a base to fish, relax, dive, enjoy the beach and have our kids get exposure to the salt air as much as possible.

Why they chose this property

The location is unbeatable, views are amazing, people are friendly and it’s in the heart of everything.. no driving! Boat access to the back is a plus and walk across the street for the beach.

What makes this property unique

Park and never get in your car again! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Best spot on the beach to be for convenience... who wants to drive when you can walk where ever you need to go? Watch everyone else drive in circles to find a spot as you walk right past them and get dinner.
