**Please note that the Emerald Isle HOA is currently performing an ongoing balcony recoating project, where balconies could be unavailable for a short time. Additionally, due to an elevator replacement project, only one elevator will be available until the estimated completion timeframe of March 2026.**

Emerald Isle 401 is a spacious corner condo that features stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. This Pensacola Beach, Florida condo rental features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Providing accommodations for up to eight people.

The primary bedroom suite serves up incredible beach scenery, and it comes with a full en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom, which can be found just off of the hallway. This vacation condo offers ample space for up to eight people, and it comes with a roomy living area. The kitchen that comes equipped with all of the cookware and appliances needed to create a home cooked meal. Unwind under the shade of your private, covered balcony and watch the gentle gulf waves cascade onto the soft, white shoreline. Emerald Isle 401 also comes with free WiFi and a washer and dryer in the accommodations.

Stroll down the private beach boardwalk at Emerald Isle in Pensacola Beach and soak up some sunshine. Dive into one of the two beachfront pools or sink down into the community hot tub. Emerald Isle also offers an onsite fitness facility and a sauna for you to take advantage of during your stay.

Condo is very nice and is a great location. We were disappointed that the balcony was blocked off during the day due to work being done above it.

Southern Vacation Rentals

Stay was nice very nice condo. Floors were dirty clothes found under the bed. Customer service threatened to evict us for having a baby in the room because it was one over the number given. Kaviar was very rude! Wouldn’t rent through them ever again.

Nice stay. Lots of details

Not a single spice oil or condiment in the condo? Enough soap to wash one set of dishes and minimal toilet paper? Check in 4 pm and checkout 9 am? Earliest checkout I’ve ever heard of. Seems like 4 star prices with 1 star details. Was clean and great location. Had a good stay with a few gripes listed.

Enjoyed our view of Pensacola Beach every morning! We have stayed at this condo last year also. Would not recommend this unit to families with small children. Several tables had glass tops unsecured. We were disappointed in faded sofa furniture and lack of extra blankets anywhere in unit.

Mixed feelings

The location and views were spectacular. The room was clean, except for the floors. My biggest complaint is the check in and check out times. Could not get in room until 4pm exactly. Had to check out at 9am, which is too early, especially for such a late checkin. We also had issues with the door code, which was updated twice during our stay. There is no one onsite to help with anything either.

Stunning views

My friends and I came to Pensacola for a friend’s retirement. This condo met all of our needs. There was easy access to the beach and great amenities with a heated pool and hot tub. Fantastic views from the living room and deck - several days we say dolphins! Guests need to make sure they read what extra items they need to bring such as beach towels, paper products and toiletries.

Extraordinary View

This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo was just right for our party of 7. We were in Florida for a family wedding and we were so happy with the size and location of this condo. Restaurants close by and the beach just downstairs. The laundry room was so handy to keep up with laundering the towels. Loved that it was an end unit and windows all around the living room. For a building over 15 stories it was incredibly quiet in the building at all hours. We all loved it❤️

Overall pleased

Condo is beautiful and spacious, was disappointed there wasn’t any beach toys or chairs available. Large puddles in hallway that stayed all week even though it only rained one day.

Perfect Condo and Location

The condo was exactly as described in the posting! This unit was very spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. The view was magnificent, as expected. We would definitely select this property again. Southern Vacations was also very easy to work with.

You're paying for the view and 3 BRs; and it's probably worth it.

We enjoyed the condo -- especially the view. That was the main draw and single best feature (in addition to the 3 bedrooms). Those are what you're paying for here. Other than that, we went 2 days without A/C and with an active leak from the A/C unit. Management was responsive but unable to fully address until our 3rd day. No offer to reduce price was made. Beyond that, the unit was totally adequate. Little things (broken/missing knobs, dated finishes) gave it the feel of a nice motel instead of a luxury hotel, which was disappointing given the nightly rate. But the mattresses were great and the patio and corner view was amazing. All in all, totally satisfactory.

Love the safety features of this property (gated entrance at all access points). Loved the space, fabulous view of beach! We had great instructions for everything we needed to know! We plan to return in the future!

Emerald Isle beauty

This was such a lovely place to stay. The whole view from this condo was amazing! My family stayed here for spring break and were so blessed to find this particular unit. The beach, pool, and building were great!! Thank you for hosting us!
