Welcome to our spacious family-oriented home with amazing views and direct lake access, located within the gated community of The Pointe of Shanghai.

Walk in the front door on the home's main level and you have a spectacular view of Norris Lake. The main floor offers plenty of space to relax in the great room or gather in the large kitchen/dining area. There's also a den/office, suitable for some quiet time. Two full-sized refrigerators are easily accessible in the kitchen (with 2 ice-makers) and adjoining utility room. A full bath on the main level stores a queen size airbed with linens in the closet. The spacious master bedroom has an on-suite large bathroom, king size bed, extra pillows, two dressers, closet and access to the upper deck through a sliding patio door.

The upper deck wraps around the house, with a ramped access from the driveway. This deck offers a dining table with 6 padded chairs, 10 tall chairs, small round tall table, outdoor sofa, two oversized chairs, coffee table and propane gas grill ... lots of space to enjoy incredible views of the lake.

The lower level includes a family room with sectional sofa and kitchenette with sink, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. A gameroom provides family fun with a regulation size ping pong table and 3-in-1 table for playing cards or bumper pool. Four bedrooms provide 8 beds (one king, one queen, two bunkbeds - twin over full, 2 additional twin beds) and three full bathrooms. The lower deck spans the entire front length of the house with additional access from an outside staircase.

NOTE - The walk between the house and dock involves a total of 164 steps (stairs) and a couple areas of a steeper but walk-able concrete pathway. Walking to & from the dock may be too strenuous for anyone with physical, walking or other health issues.

The dock has space for 2 boats (one covered slip and space outside alongside the dock), swim ladder, 6 reclining chairs and a composite deck floating platform.

This property is our family lake home and ask that guests respectfully adhere to no smoking on the premises, no parties or events (i.e., bachelor/bachelorette gatherings) no additional people other than individuals listed on rental contract, no animals/pets.
