• Pool Safety: The pool is deep and does not have a safety fence. It may not be suitable for unattended small children.
• External Cameras: Security cameras monitor entry points for your safety.
• Pool Heat: Complimentary pool heat is available October–April.
• Noise: This home is in a residential neighborhood. We strictly enforce noise ordinances to respect our neighbors.
• First Pet: Allowed for free.
• Additional Pets: Charged at $125 per pet + tax
