Easy check in, the layout of the house was great (bedroom next to kids room and separated from the primary; kids bunk was also plenty dark during the day for naps). Host was quick to respond. Pool/spa system had just been updated before our arrival which was great but communication and instruction were outdated. The system worked just ok. This house was great for hosting young kids and babies (lots of big items provided) but also seemed to be missing some basic items (like a kitchen spatula or more than one dish towel). I’m sure the host would have sent a spatula but we had already inquired about two other things and didn’t want to continue to ask for things. Overall, location was lovely and the house was very clean.

Great property overall-nice location, the house is redone and very accommodating to children. We had asked about a travel crib and a high chair prior to arriving and they worked wonderfully during our stay. The only issue we had throughout the stay was the pool and spa heater not working when we checked in on Saturday. We were told it was working earlier before check-in, but the spa was at 55 degrees (set to 104). I contacted the host who sent their handy man to try and fix it, with no luck. Monday, a pool company came and ordered a part to fix the heater but this would not be installed till Tuesday. By this point, our trip was already half way over so this was disappointing as the sole reason we booked this property was for these amenities. After having a discussion with the hosts property manager, we did get some compensation for the pool and spa not working for half the stay and not having been cleaned after heavy winds and rain over the weekend (a pool cleaning robot would not have done the job). Once it was functioning, we had no issues. Hopefully the new parts will eliminate this issue for future guests.

The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is located in a safe area and was a close walk to the beach. I rented this house for the heated pool which did not work the entire seven days I was there. Sunday, the handyman came and wondered had the leak been fixed at one of the pipes. I sent their property manager photos and video of the water running out. Monday through Thursday, someone came from the pool company. Each day, after they left, the pool and the hot tub did not work. They were supposed to comeback the next day to fix another problem which happened to be the day I left. Second, their instructions need to be updated to include how to unlock and lock their front door. You have to do more than entering the four digit code to open the door and more than pulling the door close to lock it. I asked a few days before I arrived if there were any other steps to open the door as I would be arriving late in the evening. I was told this has now been added to their instructions Lastly, the front door is beautiful with lovely glass. However, you can clearly see the tree outside which means in the evening, everyone can see in the home. There is no curtain or blinds on this door. The full glass door that leads from the house to the porch has no curtain or blinds on it either. I would stay here again even with the issues. However, I would ask them if the pool and hot tub were in working order. I was graciously given a credit of one night.

Gorgeous home away from home. I loved everything from the cleanliness and location of the house and how sweet and welcoming Rutherford is. We are extremely happy with our choice of staying here and cant wait to be back.

Our week stay at this remodeled beach house was amazing! Very clean, had everything we needed and just steps to the beach! Our only issue was with the spa not working our first night and the manager was quick to respond with pool maintenance the next morning so we were able to enjoy the remainder of our stay. We definitely would stay here again!

The home was absolutely wonderful! The backyard paradise was so private and beautiful. The pool and hotub was so warm and perfect! We all enjoyed the screened porch too. The beach was a short walk down the road. Great location!. Also the home was super clean! We will be coming back.

Beautiful home. Close to the beach. Within walking distance. Amazing bakery also within walking distance. Favorite part was the hot tub! We did have a little issue getting it to work sometimes I think due to a faulty timer, but the host called out someone to fix it. It didn’t fix it, but that’s not the owners fault. Because apparently it was working when the person came by to check it. Once we found out you have to reset the timer switch every time regardless of whether it was on or off…it worked every time. Also the owner was very gracious and compensated a little money back due to the inconvenience which I really appreciated. We would definitely return. Not a far drive to caladesi beach!

Great location! Perfect for our family beach vacation. House had everything you could possibly need. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrella and towels for the quick walk to the beach. Kitchen had a kuerig, air fryer, and toaster wich we used every day for cooking meals. Grill and grill accessories for easy cooking of dinners. We used the pool daily for after our beach visits. Sleeping arrangements worked out for the 6 of us. Only complaint was that the pillows in the bunk room were a little hard but we made due. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for the use of your house!

Great house, even greater location, and awesome communication!

The booking was smooth and communication with property manager was excellent. The house was super clean and was so perfect for us with a great pool and so close to the beach. A few minor issues but the property manager addressed them immediately and was gracious with the rental of the standup paddleboard and bicycles. Helpful additions would be a pizza cutter and a stool for the kitchen as it seems to be built for people over 6 feet tall! :)))

Another fantastic stay in Indian Rocks Beach. We have stayed here twice now and absolutely love everything about this property. The location is fantastic with plenty of options for eating within walking distance.

Great Vacation Home

The property was beautiful and the hot tub and pool felt amazing. This home is exactly like the pictures and the host was very accommodating with our check in and check out with all the children. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely be coming back again.

Trip to the beach

Short walk to the beach and some good restaurants within walking distance as well! The pool and spa were perfect for relaxing. The home was a comfortable space for my family of 6. Everything was great!

Great stay with fantastic pool.

House was great with a great pool area. Couple of suggestions one of the bedrooms needs a mirror and the main bedroom closet needs coat hangers to hang closes. Best advise from owner was to bring bug spray- we really needed it round the pool.
