Welcome to White Sands Beach Retreat, a beautiful 4-bedroom, 2-full bath, and 2 half-bath home, which is sound front with direct sound access. Designed with families in mind, this peaceful retreat offers stunning views of the Santa Rosa Sound and is just a 4-minute walk to the Gulf beaches.

The main living floor features an open-concept layout with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, a closet full of board games, a dining table, a balcony access facing the sound, and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You will also find a guest bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and one of the half-baths. On the third floor, you will find the primary suite, which has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom and balcony, a queen-sized bedroom, a guest bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle, the second full-bath, and the second half-bath. All rooms have smart TVs for your nights in!

Enjoy evenings in the gorgeous backyard with a fire pit, play area, and a private path to the Santa Rosa Sound. The garage has beach essentials, paddle boards, kayaks, a couple of bikes, and a ping pong table, all for guest use. The home includes garage parking for 1 vehicle and driveway parking for up to 7 vehicles.

Gorgeous home in a perfect location with access to the sound where we enjoyed the water and peaceful sunrises & sunsets. It was very relaxing with beautiful views. With it also being pet friendly, it was great to be able to vacation with our dogs. They also provided a kayak, bicycles and games to play. We truly had a wonderful experience.

The property has not been on the rental market for too long it does not seem. Certain simple supplies, salt and pepper, need to be provided. The net on the ping pong table was broken. We actually really enjoy playing ping pong and were not able to without the net. Garage door openers or opener should be provided, as well. There was no way to enter the property without going up the front outdoor stairs and then down the indoor stairs to the garage and then open the doors. I've not seen that before where garage door openers were not provided. These are simple fixes that would make a vacation stay more enjoyable. Overall, we were comfortable and really liked the location.

We do not keep items such as salt and pepper in our properties due to cross contamination.
