Unit 306 is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 full bath unit with large living areas and bedrooms. A fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans and coffee pot. These units share a large swimming pool, a kid pool and a large hot tub. Just steps to the beach and close access to Wanna Wanna, grocery mart, and gas station. These units boast large balconies that overlook the pool and lush courtyard. Charcoal BBQ Pits and security are a plus. THIS IS A 3rd FLOOR WALK UP. Because HomeAway does not collect the 17% city and local tax, that will be due in addition at the time of check in!!!! We have no elevators at this property.

The condo was very nice when we arrived. It had all the basic necessities we needed. The location was perfect. The beach, coffee shop, taco place, Wanna Wanna grill, gas station, gold cart rental were all walking distance. People stayed out late in the courtyard pool, but the noise wasn’t too disturbing. The street is actually Verna Jean, not Polaris, like what was stated on the email. Overall, my family & I had a great Labor Day Weekend

Has potential

When we arrived, the unit didn’t seem completely ready for us. One of the restrooms didn’t have toilet paper, there were not any sheets for the pullout couch, nor enough towels for the five of us. Thankfully, the property manager came through in acquiring these items; he really saved the entire experience for us. The forms to fill out upon check-in, the “rules sheet,” and other signage like for wifi need to be updated. The paperwork was almost unreadable due to poor printing/copying and there were various wifi passwords listed on notes/sheets. Other than that, the apartment/condo is within walking distance of the beach, but if you are carrying things like coolers or a tent, then you’ll probably need to drive closer to the beach to unload. I’d probably stay again solely due to the affordability and location of the property. Easy fixes could make this place a really great place to stay.

We had a great time at our South Padre stay! Room was clean and check in was easy. Communication with owner was simple and the walk to the beach was short! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The condo was very nice, as pictured. Everything was clean, which for me is a must. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed to cook. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer is the best about renting a condo!! Thanks Seascape for a great experience!!

This was a wonderful stay for our family. Upon checking in, the property manager was prompt and friendly. The condo was better than expected! The only downside, which is already made clear in the listing, was the walk up stairs to the third floor. Will definitely highly recommended and consider for our next trip back!

Good apartment, close to the beach, limited view, small pool, no cable (did not work). Almost missed the office work hours because I arrived at 3:55pm, do not know how I would check in. Not number to call for support during after hours. Price dis not include additional taxes that need to be paid during check in. No body available during checkout on Sunday morning. VRBO and not Expedia was the main company managing the transaction.

This property was well maintained and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back and stay at this unit. The hot water on both showers was fickle and it took a couple of times to figure it out but we did. The tv was also hard to manage but we didn’t do a lot of tv watching. We enjoyed all the kitchen dishes and cookware and grills. This is a great place for a family vacation. I lived the fact that we could watch our kids from the balcony and didn’t have to be down there at the pool with them the whole time. There was a security man that came thru the property to make sure we were residents. The property maintenance was always tidying up and always working to keep up the outside! The beach was a quick 5 minute walk on sidewalks and very safe! Thank you so much for a great place to stay!!!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seascape! The pictures posted online did not do the condo justice. It looked so much better in person. Up-to-date furniture and decor and a lot of space to move around. Our unit was very clean, checkin process was a breeze, and Leah was extremely easy to communicate with.

Great place

Great place. The pictures dont do it justice. You will be pleased eith your stay. Beds aren't comfortable enough and the 3 flights of stair were the only hiccups
