Oceanfront Corner Condo with Beautiful Views

This oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 5th floor condo at Madeira Towers is completely remodeled. Please note that the condo association does require a minimum one month stay and we have a three month minimum for months in the winter (December through March). The living room has two sliding glass doors on a corner facing the ocean for gorgeous views down the beach. There is also an extra den with ocean views. The master has a king bed and second bedroom has two full beds. The kitchen was completely remodeled and fully stocked with all of the appliances and gadgets you should need. There is also a laundry room in the unit with a brand new washer dryer so you have everything for a relaxing stay at the beach! The convenient location is right across the street from a putt putt golf spot and grocery store. The condo association does require a minimum one month stay and we have a three month minimum for the winter. Pets are not permitted for renters.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The current active nightly rate is discounted to account for damages done to the first floor of the building in hurricanes Helene and Milton. The pool and hot tub are currently under repair. There is access down to the beach and inside the unit is all good!
