The place was delightful, clean, and well-equipped. The woods area outside the backyard was a little dangerous and littered (broken bottles, crossbow bolts, and empty beer cans) though I do not believe the host has control over that area. The lack of AC was never an issue and the facilities were exactly what we needed.
