Hosted by two life long residents of Boonville, one of which lives on sight. The two buildings were purchased in early 2019, mostly out of love for the downtown area and creating beautiful new spaces out of old, and often unused spaces. Putting together the studio apartment was a lot of fun and making sure it is cozy and comfortable continues to be a priority.
Why they chose this property
This studio is only two buildings off the main square in Boonville. While it is right in the main stream of town, the studio entrance is located in the rear of the building, allowing for private evenings on the patio. It is geared towards the best of both worlds, allowing you to walk just a few steps to shops and dining or to be able to enjoy the privacy of the outdoor patio.
What makes this property unique
Our property is the only industrial studio in the area that we are aware of. It is designed for a unique experience not offered in local motels. Additionally, we strive for both privacy and safety. The entrance has security cameras for your peace of mind.
