The new facility is located on the outskirts of the popular holiday destination Timmendorfer Strand, adjacent to the nature reserve around Lake Hemmelsdorfer. The center or You can reach the beach in about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. The center has an attractive and varied promenade with many restaurants, bars and cafes to relax.

The modern and light-flooded apartment offers space for three guests. The bright living room has a large window front and is ideal as a common lounge for the family. The cozy sofa landscape (couch with pull-out function 1.40 mx 2.00 m) invites you to cozy film evenings and borders on the dining area for three people. From here you have access to the balcony, which faces south. The stylishly dark kitchen line shines through the modern and high-quality equipment. Especially the oven with grill function and the hot air fryer make the heart of the hobby cook beat faster. The bedroom is equipped with a cozy box spring bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), which guarantees a restful sleep. The bathroom has a shower with rainfall shower head and completes the offer of the beautiful apartment. There is also a washing machine in the storage room.

Superschön und gemütlich

Die Ferienwohnung ist superschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, fast wie zuhause. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, auch mit der Vermietung durch Baltic waren wir sehr zufrieden. So macht Urlaub Spaß.

sehr empfehlenswert

Eine sehr schöne Fewo. Gerade erst in einem Neubau mit ca. 10 Wohnungen fertiggestellt worden. Alles sehr sauber und eine top Ausstattung an allem was man so braucht. Es sind Aussen- und Innenjalousien vorhanden. Auch die Sicht vom Balkon gefiel ganz gut mit Blick auf 2 Häuser und den größeren Gartenanlagen. Man hört den Verkehr der Hauptstraße, der derzeit vermutlich wegen einer Straßensperrung etwas mehr war durch eine Umleitung, deshalb habe ich auch 1* abgezogen. Uns persönlich hat dies jedoch absolut nicht gestört, obwohl wir sonst schon wirklich empfindlich sind. In die Stadt geht man ca 15 Minuten u.a. am Kurpark entlang. Wir können die Fewo nur empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall bei unserem nächsten Besuch wieder. Also alles tipptopp

Timmendorf ist nur noch etwas für Radfahrer und Fußgänger.

Die Entfernung zum Strand war mit 15 Minuten zu kurz angegeben und da es vom Strand bergauf ging war es sehr beschwerlich. Bei allen Besuchen in Timmendorf war der Parkplatz bei Aldi kostenlos. Jetzt konnten wir in der Nähe des Strandes nicht mehr kostenlos parken. Haben also für Hin- und Rückfahrt zum Strand ein Taxi genommen. Da überall Parkverbot ist, z.B. auch abends beim Besuch eines Restaurants ist für uns Timmendorf nicht empfehlenswert. Wir bedauern das sehr.

Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr helle, saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Ideal für zwei Personen, wenn man nicht unbedingt die Strandnähe sucht. Wir haben uns in den zehn Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt.
