Serene Home 10 minutes from Navarre beach

Bedrooms
Rest well atop all new queen mattresses in each bedroom. The master bedroom features its own private bathroom for upmost privacy. The other two full sized bedrooms share a hallway and a bathroom that has a shower and bathtub. We also got you covered with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and feminine products in each bathroom. We added full length mirrors (for the ladies in your life) and Roku TVs in each room. And of course all rooms have ceiling fans to help you stay cool at night.

Living spaces
The house has a circular floor plan that joins all the major living spaces together. Enjoy our large sectional couch as you kick back and watch a movie or share stories of the day’s adventures.

Kitchen
Cook up some seriously good dishes in our spacious fully equipped kitchen or enjoy takeout on our large counter tops sitting at the bar while you enjoy conversation with friends and family. And of course we included a new K Duo Keurig for our coffee and tea lovers so you don’t miss a beat while away from home.

Outdoor space
Step outside to find your new favorite spot in the house: the backyard. This large private area has plenty of space for entertaining. The fire pit gives you cozy evenings after a great meal using our Blackstone grill. Enjoy the outdoor seating any time of day for your morning coffee, reading, visiting with each other or a glass of your favorite spirit.

We are located 10 minutes from Navarre beach tucked away in a quiet family neighborhood surrounded by tall pine trees, great for morning walks. Pensacola is about 20 minutes away and Destin 45 minutes. Anything you need is close by: groceries, beach gear, thrift stores, restaurants, farmers markets. But we recommend going to Pensacola too as it’s bigger but much busier than Navarre.

A propane grill is available for guests to use, along with a standard propane tank. Please note other guests have used it and left gas from their stay, it is not guaranteed or provided as part of your stay. If the tank runs empty, you can exchange it somewhere close by at a Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc for approximately $25.

For your safety, there are two exterior cameras on the property located at:
east corner of the front of the house viewing the front yard and walk way
- west side of the house
-west corner of the backyard viewing the backyard
-front corner of the house viewing driveway & front yard
There are no cameras inside the house. These cameras are installed solely for the protection of our guests and the property.

The driveway can fit two average sized suvs lined up one behind the other. If necessary, parking to the right of the driveway (to the west) underneath the pine tree is acceptable to accommodate a 3rd vehicle. Street parking is possible, just not recommended as you’ll be in the yard to be out of the way on the road.
