The 1st floor features a flex-room with a queen sleeper sofa, the 2nd floor offers an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, & half bath. The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, & a laundry area. Located within 25 mins of both Va Beach Oceanfront & Ocean View Beach, you’ll have easy access to everything the Hampton Roads has to offer

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Place all DIRTY towels on the floor. -Please place all DIRTY sheets/blankets on floor in respective bedroom.
- Please dispose of all trash/recycling to the outside bins. (Our trash bin is to the right at the end driveway walking out of garage) - Message or email us to let us know you have checked out!
Please place all dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle using the dish washer pods provided.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
