The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, or step outside to the courtyard and utilize the BBQ grill for a delightful outdoor dining experience. The shared courtyard is a highlight, offering multiple seating areas, a ping pong table, and cornhole – perfect for some friendly competition and relaxation. The exterior courtyard area in the back is shared with all guests on the property. There are multiple seating areas as well as a ping pong table and corn hole!



*There is double-sided, adjoining door between the Studio and the Villa that locks from each side. If desired, both of the units can be rented to create a 3 bedroom space.
