Mon Belvédère, bel appartement en attique, 6 nuitées minimum pendant le festival

Bel et confortable appartement avec un grand balcon, intra muros, sur les toits d'Avignon, avec une vue de rêve sur la ville dont le Palais des Papes, tous les monuments historiques et la campagne environnante, au 6ème étage avec ascenseur. Climatisation dans la partie séjour, ventilateurs dans les chambres.
Deux chambres doubles meublées avec goût (lits français, 140 de large), séjour lumineux avec 2 coins salons et un coin repas.
Accès au balcon par le salon et une des chambres.
Salle de bain spacieuse (salle de douche) avec fenêtre et vue.
Toilettes séparées.
Cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec loggia/buanderie attenante.
Le prix indiqué est pour une occupation avec 2 personnes. Chaque personne supplémentaire paiera 20,-€ par nuit au moment de l'arrivée.
Lors de l'emménagement, le nettoyage final de 60,- € est à régler sur place par le détenteur des clés.

Had a wonderful time at Claudia’s apartment! The location is perfect, so many restaurants around, lots it museums within walking distance and easy access to the central train station. Perfect stay!

An absolutely wonderful apartment, extremely well-equipped and spacious, with a wonderful balcony. It's even better than the pictures. If we return to Avignon, it will be because we want to stay in "Belvedere"!

Delightful Stay

Very comfortable, well-furnished and well-equipped apartment. Hard to imagine a better location to explore Avignon. A short walk to the train for day trips and easy walks to Avignon sites. Our host provided helpful guidance at our arrival and departure.

Extraordinary Penthouse

Felt like home. So well appointed, stocked with daily needs, stunning views, the balcony was perfect for starting and ending the day. A fully equipped kitchen. So easy to walk to any part of the historic city. Highly recommended.

Beautifully decorated / awesome kitchen

Great location. Easy in / out (elevator just outside door). Every corner of the place was tastefully decorated. Was a joy to cook in. Had all the implements, utensils, spices etc. that you would find if at home. AC adequate. Beautiful views from expansive balcony. Only downfall is the mosquitoes out there at night which can make their way indoors.

Amazing Stay

This apartment was beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well-stocked for cooking. The host provided many amenities that made it feel like home. The view from the balcony was exceptional, and the location was quiet. This was an extremely comfortable and welcoming stay, and I hope to return sometime in the future.

Outstanding views from every window. The hosts were very responsive and check in was flawless. The location inside the walls couldn’t be better. The kitchen was well stocked and the shower was outstanding. Things to be aware of are that the toilet is in a tiny room just inside the front door. It works well but is not close to the bedrooms. This was. It a deal breaker for us. Both beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. Unfortunately, we arrived as mosquito season was starting, so we couldn’t use the balcony. This was a pity because it’s very inviting. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Gorgeous Views & Excellent Location

This was a lovely property perfectly located to wander through Avignon and for our bus rides to St Remy and the Pont du Gard (both worth the trip!)The Carrefore is just up the street which had all we needed.Communications with Claudia and Georg were excellent. Clear, detailed and welcoming. The apartment itself is homely and warm with a fully stocked kitchen. Best of all though are the views from the balcony across the roof tops. At 9 each night we were treated to swarms of blackbirds playing in the wind. Loved our stay in Avignon!

Terrific location

This apartment has all the comforts one could want when travelling abroad. Close to an underground parking lot, the train station, city centre too. It was quiet in the evening, all appliances in good working order. Beds were comfy as was the balcony. I would certainly stay again. Also the owner responds quickly when needed.

Lovely Apartment

We had a wonderful time visiting Avignon, there is much to see and do, with many excellent restaurants to enjoy and sample. Our host was just excellent, very responsive and provided useful advice and tips to help us enjoy our stay in Avignon. The property is exactly as advertised and the kitchen is exceptionally well stocked.

The kitchen is very well equipped. We appreciated being met and shown around the place to understand how to use se everything. Views from all the windows was beautiful. The mestrils were blowing, wow!

Pleasant and comfortable, great location in Avignon

This 2 BR + 1 1/2 bath apartment is well-kept, well-supplied and clean. It's quaint, and the view of old Avignon from the outside balcony is stunning. It's within walking distance to many fun restaurants and historical sites. We would recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Avignon. Lovely penthouse with an amazing terrace

Very comfortable and spacious flat that really felt like home. It was very close to everything and had a fully stocked kitchen that was perfect for making our own meals or just enjoying a coffee on the teracce! I would definitely recommend this rental when in Avignon or anywhere in Provence. Claudia was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Well located and appointed apartment in the old city of Avignon

The penthouse apartment is totally outfitted for a short or longer stay and has a lovely terrace for dining. Located a block off the Main Street and close to the tourist office, as well as Place St. Didier with numerous caffès the flat is convenient to the central train station or for exploring the town. Claudio the host is very responsive to all questions.

Amazing authentic France property, great location, super hosts

Great 6th floor penthouse, lovely balcony, stunning views.Travelling to Avignon by train, we had great communication with our hosts.We arrived via taxi from the train station, and their agent was waiting to greet us.Awesome character building, cool old elevator.Clean and bright accommodation, exceptionally well stocked.Located within the walled city, it is easy walking distance to many stores, restaurants, The Halles covered market.You can even walk to the river boat cruise dock, and the Avignon bridge.We highly recommend for a true Avignon experience.
