The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils. The apartment offers air conditioning in the living room, fans in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Bed linen, pillows, and towels are provided. I didn’t feel there were enough towels for each guest. We were three women staying 12 days with one bath towel each. Location and condition 9f the property were top notch.

Absolutely loved this property. Would highly recommend to anyone else looking to stay in the old walled city of Avignon. It has two luxuries that are difficult to find; air conditioning and a parking space. Moreover, it’s so central to everything in Avignon. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone else.

Beautiful setting in Avignon

The apartment is situated in a lovely garden environment. It is within walking distance of grocery stores and numerous restaurants as well as transportation hubs. Capucine is a very attentive host. I recommend this place highly.

Spacious and quiet

Spacious two bedroom condo with tight parking included. Ten minute walk to main area and sights. Need car to go to large supermarket. Host easy to contact.

Absolutely perfect!

We spent ten days in Avignon as a base to explore nearby towns and villages and our accommodation was just perfect for our needs! Well positioned, just a short distance from the bus station and central train station and a short walk to the main attractions in Avignon historic centre. The apartment itself was wonderful - spacious, light, very well-equipped, a comfortable bed and great hosts - obliging, friendly and knowledgable. We didn't want to leave and would thoroughly recommend this property.

Luminous Gem

This lovely and quiet apartment is filled with light, with a beautiful patio surrounded by trees and a view of Avignon’s walls. It has every amenity and the owner is accessible and provides excellent access instructions. We were sad to leave and highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect Place for our Avignon Home

The apartment was the perfect place for our time in Avignon. While the apartment might be a little outdated, it was clean and had everything we needed. We loved it's convenient location - both to the train station and to what became our favorite brewpub - L'Explo located on the Rue desTeinturiers. It is an easy walk everywhere. We were greeted by the cleaner, and the host kindly checked in on us and was responsive to any communications. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in Avignon.

Super Experience

Extremely comfortable apartment, spacious, quiet and light with a good sized living room and incredibly well stocked kitchen, not just with crockery, utensils and small appliances, but also with basic foodstuffs. Don't underestimate the value of a garage in Avignon, making exploration of the surrounding towns and villages easy by car. Location within the city walls is also perfect. Short walk to all the sights, and Place des Corps-Saints is on the doorstep with probably the best un-touristy restaurants in town. Capucine was also really responsive; we had a couple of issues which she addressed immediately. An excellent host.

Beautiful Avignon

Overall we had a good stay. We appreciated the tea and coffee which was available for our use. We were close to the old town so could walk to most historical sites. However, it is a long walk so beware if you have mobility issues. Also apartment was advertised as 2 bedrooms. We were 4 seniors and one of the bedrooms had a Murphy bed which we found very hard and uncomfortable. There were no receptacles in that bedroom except in a corner behind a desk which was not accessible. The bathroom has a tall bathtub to step over….again hard for seniors with no hand rail.

Property Very Nice; Check In and Check Out was OK

The property was in an excellent location as it is very close to the train station. The property was clean and well stocked; the bed was very comfortable. The living room and kitchen are very sunny and bright. The washing machine was very convenient to have and laundry soap was provided. There were plenty of hangers for your clothes and drawer space was limited but adequate for our needs. Wifi was was excellent and fast. The water really hot and the showers had plenty of hot water. As far as check in, Isabelle met us there as soon as we arrived. She speaks only French, so be aware to have google translate ready if you do not speak French. Appliance manuals were provided. You can translate them also if needed. Isabelle was able to communicate with me through charades and we were able to communicate fine. The owner responds rapidly to any messages as well. Groceries were a short walk away at the carrefour express and a pharmacy is a few short steps beyond that. And an outstanding restaurant Fou de Fafa is so very close and amazing! Best food of our trip in Europe. I would highly recommend this lovely apartment. It is safe, gated, and well located. They even have parking if you have a car!

Schön große Wohnung in einem gesicherten Quartier mit TiefgarageUns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und der Ventilator für beide Schlafzimmer waren gut nutzbar bei dem heißen Wetter. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet mit Spülmaschine. Die Wohnung liegt nah am Zentrum, innerhalb von 5 Minuten gab es einem Bäcker und mehrere Gaststätten, zum Papsttpalast waren es zu Fuss15-20 Minuten gemütlich schlendernd. Die Vermieterin ist sehr gut erreichbar und gibt genaue Anweisungen, auch mit Fotos, zum Check-InUns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Auto haben wir nicht bewegt, wir haben alles zu Fuß der ledigen können. Dazu ist es toll, das Auto in einer abgeschlossenen Garage unterbringen zu können. Gerne wieder

Très courte expérience à Avignon, on est repartis plus tôt que prévu à cause de la pluie. Cependant location très agréable, bien propre, exactement comme sur les photos. Mais Avignon centre se fait à pied (pas beaucoup de places de parking) et nous ne savons plus bien marcher. Vraiment dommage pour l'appartement qui, lui, était parfait à tout point de vue, et le garage sur place est un plus ...

Avignon et son coeur de ville

Appartement conforme aux photos de l'annonce. Il est au calme et très bien situé à 5 mn à pied du centre ville et à proximité du palais des Papes. Tout se fait à pied. Le petit plus de la location, il y a un garage fermé à notre disposition. Le stationnement étant rare et payant dans la rue.

Schöne und zentrale Wohnung

Die Lage innerhalb der Stadtmauern ist toll, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage ist im Sommer sehr von Nutzen. Die Wohnanlage ist gepflegt und sehr sicher. Leider ist die Tiefgarage nur für Kleinwagen geeignet. Unser Familienauto nahm hier Schaden, da alles viel zu eng ist!!! Außerhalb auf der Straße ist in der Regel nichts frei und es würde 25,- am Tag kosten, also auch keine Option. Die Möbel könnten etwas gepflegter (Leim, Erneuerung) sein und die Sauberkeit war auch nicht optimal. Wir reisten reisten zu fünft an (hatten auch für 5 gebucht) und es waren nur 4 Betten hergerichtet. Zum Glück hatte das jüngste Kind in unserem Bett noch Platz, aber es war zum Schlafen sehr eng.

Perfect Location and Balcony Views

My husband and I spent three weeks in Avignon and our home away from home was perfect! The apartment is in a great location and the included parking was a gem. We enjoyed many mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony enjoying the great weather and view. The hosts were very friendly, they met us upon arrival and toured us through the apartment. They were available if we needed them (which we didn't, luckily) and the place was very clean. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this apartment to our friends and family!

Un bel appartement idéalement situé

De l'espace, de la lumière, une situation idéale ( intra muros) et une terrasse. Parfait endroit pour aller découvrir le Lubéron, les Alpilles, Nîmes et Arles.
