The location is also close to several subway lines, making it easy to get around the city for business meetings or events.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and it's a walk-up building.

The bathroom is also fully equipped with fresh towels. The washer and dryer are also provided, making it easy for you to do your laundry during your stay. The apartment also features air conditioning and heating, ensuring you are comfortable regardless of the weather. This studio apartment is fully equipped and furnished with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient.



Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!

The apartment also has guest access via Latch, a smart lock system that allows guests to enter the apartment using a code or other secure means, rather than a traditional key.
