• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 3 vehicles available.

• Per host, please set thermostat to 68 winter and 72 summer before checkout. Wash all dishes and properly put away. Take out all trash. Place all putt putt and games back in original location in an orderly manner.

• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras;

o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the walkway into the home with a partial view of the street,

o (2) located at the side of the home and actively monitoring the driveway area,

o (3) located at the back door and actively monitoring the walkway into the home with a partial view of the back deck.
