Beautiful house with private pool

The spacious holiday home on the hillside has a large outdoor area with a solar-heated pool and a fantastic views to the capital Arrecife.

It is located in a quiet residential area in Tias. The distance to the center of the small town with numerous shops and restaurants is about 1.5 km.

The house is tastefully decorated with beautiful wooden furniture and many decorative items. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offer enough space for up to 6 people. All rooms are on one level.

The master bedroom has two single beds and a private bathroom with a bath and shower. The other two bedrooms share a large bathroom with a bathtub.

The large living room with dining area invites you to a cozy get-together and from the cozy sofa corner you have a great view of the sea.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven&hob, microwave, dishwasher and filter coffee machine. Wifi and smart TV are available in the villa.

The large outdoor area is a real highlight. The shade-giving bast parasols, the refreshing pool and the covered dining area with stone grill invite you to relax. Own parking space is also available.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Tias, wo überwiegend Einheimische wohnen. Der Garten mit Pool hat viel Privatsphäre, es gibt immer einen Platz mit Schatten oder mit Sonne oder ohne Wind. Die Lage ist zentral in Lanzarote, so dass mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit alle Punkte gut erreichbar sind. Für den Fall, dass es mal kalt werden sollte sind Wandheizlüfter installiert. Zusätzlich gibt es einen mobilen Heizlüfter und einen mobilen Standheizkörper. Der Blick auf das Meer von der höher liegenden Terasse ist schön. Diese Terrasse ist auch zur Hälfte überdacht. Wir haben uns hier sehr gut erholt.

Diese Villa ist sehr empfehlenswert, sowohl von der tollen Lage mit sehr schönem Ausblick als auch von der sehr guten Ausstattung. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Unseren herzlichen Dank auch an unsere Verwalterin, die uns immer bei Problemchen geholfen hat, und auch an unseren Hausmeister, der sich hier immer um alles gekümmert hat. Wir kommen wieder.
