It has a new kitchen with reverse osmosis, new appliances, counters and cupboards. You will enjoy a new walk-in pantry in the kitchen. This top floor unit is accessed from the covered parking area, up two flights of stairs. With a keyless entry lock, guests can self-check-in at the unit. Enter into the open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. The well-equipped kitchen has bright white quartz counters, full size new appliances, and breakfast bar seating for four. There is also a dining table for five adjacent to the comfortable living space with a new sofa. Sit back and relax watching the new 80-inch flat screen TV. The living space opens to a serene covered terrace that is surrounded by green grass and tropical foliage where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy having an outdoor BBQ.

Just off the living space is the large primary bedroom with a custom made floating king bed, a flatscreen TV, sofa and a walk-in closet. This bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, an oversized rain shower stall, a water closet, and double vanity. The second bedroom has a beautiful queen sized bed, closet and a mounted flat screen TV. The third bedroom sits at the front of the unit and has a custom made floating queen bed with a closet. The Pacifico resort itself is located few blocks away from the beach, but a free shuttle is available to take guests to the Beach Club, which has two beautiful infinity pools, cabanas (extra cost would apply), lounge-chairs and umbrellas, fine AC restaurant, a well-stocked bar and of course a beach.

Our check-in time is after 3PM CST and check-out time is before 10AM CST. Alternate times may be accommodated based on the rental schedule. NO early check-in or late check-out is permitted unless confirmed by us in advance and it may be subject to extra charges. Note that late check-ins into the property after 7:00 p.m. will be subject to a $30.00 USD fee. After 11:00pm it may increase. This fee should be paid to our Concierge in cash upon arrival.
