Welcome to 'Summer Dreaming'... located at Surfside Resort (units 312 and 312A) in Miramar Beach, FL! This 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom condo has everything you can think of for the perfect beach getaway! When staying at Surfside you will love everything the resort offers - from a basketball court, tennis court and pickle ball for your enjoyment to an on-site restaurant and spa, the options are endless! Enjoy a leisurely walk across the sky walk where you can enjoy a cold refreshment at the gulf-side beach bar! A great way to end your day at the beach is to cozy up with your loved ones at the complimentary (offered twice a week) beachside bonfire! For an added bonus, you receive complimentary daily beach service, which includes 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, set up daily (March - October) during your stay, AND we provide 6 beach towels for use during your stay!

We also provide starter amenities which include:

This condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with an additional attached lock out studio, for a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a great choice for families that want to travel together but enjoying having a bit more privacy than what is offered in a standard condo.

The master bedroom hosts a king sized bed and the tastefully decorated guest bedroom has 2 queen beds. There are also two full bathrooms, a large living room and a (beautifully remodeled) full kitchen in the main condo (unit 312).

Unit 312A is attached via an adjoining door, which can be locked if you choose. This is the studio condo and has an additional 2 queen beds and 1 bathroom.

Both balconies have gorgeous views (one in which you can see the GULF of Mexico)!
