The perfect family get away

It is the perfect location and amenities for a family vacation. The full kitchen and bedrooms with their own bathroom were really nice. Its right off the beach and easy access. The view was beautiful!We absolutely will stay here again.

Beautiful Beach House

Our expectations were exceeded in this Surfside condo! The unit is well maintained and appeared to be freshly painted. The appliances, furniture and linens are high quality, and wall decorations are tasteful. Kitchen is well equipped and there is an abundance of beach toys and towels. Beach access is convenient, and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Hosts responded promptly to our communications.

This place had everything we needed! Great view, very large, open layout, and wonderful open kitchen. The location was in an ideal spot as well. It was an easy walk to the beach as well as restaurants and stores.

Awesome location! Very nice accommodations. Walk to the beach was easy. Great location to access many things from this location. Grocery shopping is very close by. Loved our stay. View of the ocean from the condo was very nice.

We didn't want to leave

The condo was very clean and spacious, great for two families even. The location to the beach was so easy and quick. Having the restaurant and beach bar on site was a huge plus! The owners were very kind and quick to answer any questions. My little family loved it and we can't wait to go back.

The condo is as advertised. We rented for the month of March and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great views of the beach, two pickel ball courts and walking distance to restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, check in was easy and the owners communication was timely.

We love this facility, it’s close to all the Destin features and easy beach access with the sky walk. The room had all the pots and pans needed to cook. Loved the view. Communication with owners was fast and efficient.

The property was clean, and very comfortable. The hosts left beach toys as well as chairs for our use. Plenty of room.

Unfortunately we would not rent to this guest again. There was a broken glass table top, broken coffee pot that probably exploded from leaving it on for the entire day, broken vertical blinds, stuff dragged out of the master bedroom closet and left everywhere, broken coasters. My cleaners had to take extra time and care to dispose of broken glass, and my cleaners have pictures of trash bags left out and full. We ask for our guests to follow check out procedures, especially in the season since these units are re-rented the very next day in most cases. This guest did not follow check out procedures and caused many hours of back up cleaning which affects the incoming guests. We would not rent to them again.

Condo was clean, updated kitchen and spacious. Balcony was large with An angled view of the beach on the 3rd floor facing west. The condo restaurant was so delicious and convenient to have beach walkover.

Why they chose this property

Surfside sits in a beautiful area, right on the beach. The beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, with beautiful white sands and blue water, and it's just a few steps away from your room! There is an excellent restaurant at Surfside, and many more within a short walk or drive. There's even a tiki bar right on the beach where you can take a break and get a drink in the shade.

What makes this property unique

Unique because it is one of the few units to completely take the wall out that separates the kitchen from the living/dining area. Now it's wide open and spacious enough to see the Gulf and hear the waves while having coffee in the kitchen, relaxing for a nap in either bedrooms, or just a short walk down two floors to the pool and beach walkover. The walkover means no parking issues, just walk over the top of Scenic Gulf Drive and down the stairs to the beach. We also have the ONLY YEAR-ROUND heated swimming pool. Conveniences galore! Beach setup is included (May through October). The Royal Grille Restaurant at Surfside is also available for fine dining with gulf front views and now has an outdoor dining bar/grille to sit and gaze at the ocean while enjoying food and drinks. The first floor has a gift shop, salon, and massages too! There is a workout room for the guest that doesn't think swimming is enough exercise! Everything you need is right here at Surfside. The resort also does special events so if you have a wedding in your future, they can have their reception right here, with gulf front views right in the reception hall! There's a lot waiting for you at Surfside!!!
