Great location! Very clean and nice inside. Yet ran out of toilet paper, only one extra trash bag that was too large of a size to go down trash shoot, and pans definitely need replaced. Owner responded quickly which was nice.

The unit was very spacious and felt like home with a great view! Unit was clean and beautifully furnished with an amazingly large balcony. We found staff to be helpful around the property but we, and many others, found the front desk to be unoccupied quite a bit during our stay. We all tried to guide each other based on experiences had.

Wonderful property, location, and amenities. Hosts communicated well. Check In and Out was smooth. Beach chair / umbrella service was excellent (Bret is The Man!). We also used the spa in the building for massages (10 / 10 experience). Only minor flaw was there was no shampoo (probably should have noticed that in the Guide) but everything else was perfect. We'd happily stay there again!!

We stayed here in June 2026 with our family & had the greatest time. The view from the balcony and master bedroom is beautiful! The kitchen has everything you need besides a pizza pan to cook if you like. The only thing I noticed is that when we turned the thermostat down to cool the place off, it would be somehow turned back up to 75 after a few hours, so I didn’t like that. It seemed like it was being controlled through somebody else. That was ok though, we still had a great time! The pool was great too.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We’re delighted to hear your family had such a great stay and that you enjoyed those beautiful views from the they really do make every morning and evening feel special. I appreciate you mentioning the pizza pan — that’s an easy addition and we’ll make sure one is available. Thank you as well for noting the thermostat issue. The building’s system can occasionally auto‑adjust, and things have to be reset. Always contact us, and we can help. We want you to be comfortable. We’re that your trip was filled with good memories. You’re always welcome back for another relaxing beach getaway. 🌴☀️

The place was really nice. The views of the ocean were as depicted and so was the unit. The master is very roomy with ample space to put your things. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Loved our 4 weeks...wasn't long enough. We have already looked into when we will be coming back. Absolutely worthy. K&D

The host were great, as they were last year.Unfortunately the single thing that stood out the most was that the pool which we really made good use of last year was out of commission the entire month of our stay.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for your kind words about us as hosts. We truly appreciate the care you too with our condo. We’re very sorry the pool was unavailable during your visit. We know how much you enjoyed it last year, and we completely understand how disappointing it was to have it out of service this time. Unfortunately, the closure was part of a building‑wide maintenance issue that was outside our control, but we absolutely recognize the impact it had on your stay. We’re grateful for your understanding and hope the rest of your month was comfortable and enjoyable. We’d love the chance to welcome you back when everything is fully up and running again. (Which actually happened this week)

Highly recommend this property. This is one of few condos that has been maintained properly, nice bath towels (not the cheap white ones), kitchen well stocked with everything you need (even spices) and the ocean view was amazing! The check in-out process was so easy. I definitely will be back next year!

We’re thrilled to hear that Surfside 1004 stood out for all the right reasons—from the plush towels and well-stocked kitchen to that unforgettable ocean view. It’s wonderful to know the check-in and check-out process felt smooth and easy, too. We truly appreciate your kind words and can’t wait to welcome you back next year!
