This expansive 20K sq ft estate features resort-style grounds with a heated pool, fire pit, stone bar with BBQ, plus wide open grassy areas. The 2,500 sq ft single-story main home offers 3 bedrooms plus an office with a sleeper couch, plus a detached bonus studio with office space, gym with Peloton and weights, plus a movie theater. Available for 30+ day stays from Friday, June 12, through Monday, August 18.
Welcome to a refined retreat at the Walnut Acres estate, ideal for families or business travelers. Located 5 minutes from Warner Center, Topanga Mall, The Village, and Calabasas Commons, with Malibu beaches just 30 minutes away.
Set on a 20,000 sq ft lot, the property features resort-style grounds with a pebble-tech pool, baja bench, waterslide, water features, fire pit, stone bar with built-in BBQ, fruit trees, and expansive grassy areas. Outdoor dining and lounge spaces create an inviting setting for relaxed evenings.
The 2,500 sq ft single-level main house offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and a bright, fully equipped kitchen. The primary suite opens to the pool and includes a spa-style bath with tub and steam shower. Central AC and Heat, Nest thermostats, Sonos, strong Wi-Fi, and smart home features provide modern comfort.
A detached studio provides flexible space for an office, gym with Peloton and weights, plus a private movie theater. The home also includes a garage with EV charger and ample parking.
As of 2025, the home now features a private sauna plus cold plunge for guest enjoyment. The sauna is The Crew Cabin Sauna by Sisu Lifestyle, designed for a high-quality heat experience. The cold plunge is the Ice Barrel 500. While it does not include a powered chiller unit, it is very well insulated. When filled with hose water plus ice, it reaches cold temperatures easily and stays cold for extended periods.
Guests will have exclusive access to the main home and driveway for parking. There is a separate ADU on the property which is not accessible to guests. Unless discussed in advance, the only other individuals who may enter the property are the gardener and pool technician.

The outdoor pool maintains a minimum temperature of 82 degrees during Summer. Please note, there is no longer an in-ground spa at this home.
By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability for use of Amenities. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
Pets are approved on a case-by-case basis at the time of booking. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time unless otherwise agreed upon in writing Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may incur additional check-out charges.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
- Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.
