Adjacent is a brand-new dining room seating eight, framed by bay windows with views of the pool and the lake beyond. The kitchen, while not remodeled, is charming, fully stocked, and includes a casual breakfast area.
A second living space functions as an entertainer’s den, featuring a pool table, full bar, large TV, and ample seating. This flexible layout is ideal for gatherings or relaxed evenings in.
