The house features two bathrooms, each with a refreshing shower for your convenience. The living room offers a sofa bed with yet another soft comforter and fun games for the whole family to play together. Landscape lighting makes your stay extra enjoyable at night in a small and peaceful neighborhood. An air purifier is at the home to give you peace of mind. There is a ring doorbell camera on the front door and a camera in the garage on the door controler. Myrtle Beach is 8.4 miles from your vacation home. Tanger Outlet Mall is 1.6 miles away. Broadway at the Beach is 8 miles from the home. Myrtle Beach State Park is 11 miles away. I’m originally from Long Island. I moved to Myrtle Beach 30 years ago. I live walking on Huntington Beach State Park, it’s so beautiful and peaceful. Few people go there compared to other Myrtle Beaches so wildlife is more abundant.

It’s centrally located to everything! It’s a great neighborhood to live in as it’s small and peaceful. My next door neighbors and across the street are kind and cam families.

What makes this property unique

Enclosed locked backyard with landscape lighting. We have an air purifier and the ac unit has a UV Light to keep the house clean.
