Inside, you’ll find comfortable, well-laid-out living spaces designed for gathering, relaxing, and spending quality time together. The main living room offers plenty of seating for conversation, games, or unwinding after a day exploring downtown.



The heart of the home is a true chef’s kitchen, designed for both cooking and connection. It features new countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, generous prep space, and bar seating, allowing friends and family to gather, chat, and hang out while meals are being prepared. Fully stocked with everything needed to cook fabulous meals, it’s perfect for shared dinners, celebrations, and slow mornings together.

A beautiful histoic home in a great location, about five blocks from the downtown retail and restaurant area with many choices. It's an easy walk there and to Riverwalk on the Cape Fear River. The house was very clean and nicely renovated inside, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The host was very responsive too with our questions about the door code when we first arrived (it wasn't set up with the code given to us) and operating the combination Keurig/drip coffee maker. (I would suggest posting instructions as it's not intuitive.) Otherwise, everything was perfect. I would go back there again!

Beautiful home! We stayed here with family for the weekend and loved the walkability to downtown shops, drinks, and food. The host was able to let us in early when our flight got in early. Parking was easy downtown. Highly recommend this property for a family visiting Wilmington!

We just returned from an unforgettable weekend at this charming VRBO rental in the heart of Historic Wilmington, and it completely exceeded our expectations! This beautifully restored historic home was absolutely perfect. The high ceilings, original hardwood floors, and tasteful blend of antique details with updated finishes made it feel elegant yet cozy. The kitchen was a dream—fully stocked with quality appliances, sharp knives, and plenty of cookware, which made preparing meals (or morning coffee on the porch) a joy. We especially loved the rocking chairs on the front porch perfect for people watching and enjoying the beautiful Southern evenings. You truly cannot beat this location. We were within easy walking distance to the Riverwalk, downtown shops, restaurants, and historic site. The host was fantastic responsive, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations. They provided a detailed guidebook with the best restaurants and hidden gems that really enhanced our trip. Check-in was seamless, and the house was impeccably clean upon arrival.
