Feel at home in our cozy & brand new apartment "THE Mansard!"


The complete apartment "THE attic!" is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children, is very easy to reach for you (train, bus or car) and is equally close to the university and the center.

The equipment is "THE mansard!" with a bright living room, a quiet bedroom, a modern bathroom and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. An air-conditioning unit is available for hot days, and it gets comfortably warm on cool days thanks to the central heating.
You will also find a SMART TV, free WiFi and AMAZON PRIME for free use. Do you have to get your business clothes in shape? Useful ironing equipment is available. Of course you can get free "DIE Mansarde!" park and check in yourself at any time. There is a safe for your valuables up to laptop size. (No liability is assumed for use and content). For your safety, the non-smoking apartment is of course equipped with smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.

The combination of materials in wood design and timeless furnishings creates a balance between comfort and functionality. Whether after a hard, successful day at work, relaxing hikes or extensive bike rides in the surrounding forests - if you want to rest, you are welcome here and exactly right.


In the bedroom, a 1.80 m king-size bed invites you to relax. Small bedside tables provide storage space directly on the bed and the lamps give you light to read. A satellite TV offers the possibility to receive digital programs. On clear evenings, you can take a perfect look at the starry sky on the large skylight before going to bed. Shutters in the whole apartment for the darkness that you need for a good night's sleep. You will also find a desk in the room where you can work. An open wardrobe with hangers is available for your wardrobe. Of course there is also a large standing mirror so that you are always perfectly in the picture :-)


The living room is the heart of our apartment "THE mansard!", because you can feel at home on the cozy sofa! Enjoy your favorite film / series about AMAZON PRIME on the SMART TV, or relax while surfing in the free WiFi. What do you prefer? You decide.
A watch always shows you that you are in the right place at the right time. 2 tables offer you flexible storage options.
If necessary, the couch can be converted into a comfortable bed, so that a sleeping area of 1.40 mx 2.00 m is created. Up to two people can relax here.

The bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to take care of yourself. A lot of light comes in through the large roof window. Cooking is so much fun again. You will find a small basic equipment such as baking paper, cling film and aluminum foil, as well as spicy salt, hot pepper and strong bell peppers.
Aromatic coffee and tea, sweetener and sugar are also available. Feel free to use our modern ceramic hob or the oven to conjure up your favorite dish - there are sufficient pots, pans, kitchen utensils and sharp knives, a hood also supports you here.
The quick coffee machine with keep-warm function and the powerful kettle are just waiting to be used and to prepare vitalizing drinks for you. Toast for breakfast? This is also possible with the toaster.
If you have to go fast, the practical microwave helps you to heat your food in a time-saving manner. A large fridge-freezer ensures that your food and drinks are always fresh and well chilled during your stay. You can easily store supplies and purchases in the spacious cupboards. You will also find a selection of cleaning agents here.
At the solid wood dining table, which offers enough space for 4 people, you can enjoy delicious dishes or an exciting game night.

A shower and modern equipment await you in the bright daylight bathroom. The large mirror cabinet is available for your utensils. A hairdryer, hand and shower towel complete the equipment.
