This is a privately owned and managed condo. The host will be available remotely to assist with any inquiries or issues during your stay. Please contact the host directly for any assistance, as the resort front desk cannot help with your reservation or in-room needs.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Compass Cove is located on Ocean Blvd in a vibrant, central area of Myrtle Beach. Guests can walk to restaurants, beach bars, shops, and fun activities like mini-golf. The resort is only a short drive from the Boardwalk, SkyWheel, Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, and Myrtle Beach State Park.

GETTING AROUND
Compass Cove offers simple, convenient transportation options. Guests can walk to nearby dining and entertainment, or use Uber, Lyft, taxis, and rental cars for quick trips around Myrtle Beach. On-site parking makes driving effortless, and most attractions are minutes away.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please take note of the following important information for your stay:

* Linens & Toiletries: Professionally cleaned towels and linens are provided. A starter supply of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a roll of toilet paper) is included; guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.
* Beach Gear: Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided with the condo but can be rented seasonally directly on the beach from on-site lifeguards.
* Laundry: Paid, shared laundry facilities (washers and dryers) are available for your use within the building.
* Privately Managed: This is a privately owned and managed condo. Please contact the host directly for any assistance or inquiries. The resort front desk cannot assist with your reservation or in-room needs.
* Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
* Parking Limitations:
No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

Note: We provide 2 reusable kitchen towels and do not provide paper towels.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
