With four bedrooms featuring 5 queen beds, 1 trundle bed, and one play-pin, everyone can find their perfect spot to rest. 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom include refreshing showers and handy hair dryers, making mornings a breeze. The cool interior keeps things comfortable no matter the season. Whether guests are gathering in the spacious living areas or enjoying some quiet time, the soothing atmosphere invites relaxation.
Outside, you have a bar sitting with a mini fridge, plenty of outdoor sitting, and a gas fire pit. Cook your favorites meals on the Blackstone or smoke your meats on the Yoder smoker. Down on the dock, enjoy watching the boats drive by, kids swim, or relax in the sun on the lounge chairs provided. There is a separate mini fridge for ice, beverages and snacks

Roll Up Lilly Pad and resecure as found; place in shed on doc Neatly Place all water accessories back in shed on doc Neatly place lounge chairs back in place
Patio: Remove all drinks from fridge; Cover Fire Pit, Grills, and furniture; Put umbrella down
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING; THIS INCLUDES INSIDE AND OUTSIDE, THE DECK AND DOCK. ADDITIONAL $350 FEE. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING NO PETS; ADDITIONAL $350 FEE.
